Reservation Agreement
When you book accommodations or services with BVI Luxury Escapes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review all policies before completing your reservation.
A valid payment method is required to guarantee your booking. By confirming your reservation, you accept all rates, charges, and conditions outlined below.
Privacy Notice
BVI Luxury Escapes respects your privacy and protects your personal information. Information collected is used only for reservation processing and improving guest experience.

Reservation Procedure
Reservations must be completed through our website, email, or approved booking channels.
- Guest details must be accurate
- Total number of guests must be provided
- Arrival and departure details are required

Confirmed Bookings
Reservations are confirmed after required payment has been received. Guests confirm that all information provided is correct.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed according to the booking instructions. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
Cancellation & Changes
All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing:

Refunds may be considered depending on availability and management approval.
Force Majeure
BVI Luxury Escapes is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, pandemics, or transportation interruptions.
Security Deposit & Property Damages
A security deposit of USD $500 may be required at check-in.
- Furniture damage
- Missing items
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking-related damages
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Villa Rules
- No smoking inside the villa
- No pets without approval
- No illegal substances or dangerous materials
- No unauthorized parties
- Please respect surrounding residents
Swimming Pool & Outdoor Areas
Use of swimming pools and outdoor facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Glass items are not allowed around pool areas.
Liability
BVI Luxury Escapes is not responsible for personal belongings, accidents, injuries, delays, or damages outside our reasonable control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
Disputes will be handled through arbitration according to applicable BVI arbitration rules.
